We offer our customers a free 5-minute telephone consultation. For more detailed assistance, we charge a reasonable rate to:

  • develop a scope of work
  • assess the estimates, scopes of work, and other documents given to you by contractors
  • general advice for your projects

Our hours: Generally we work Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles or Vancouver time). Under some circumstances we work evenings and weekends, but after hours rates may apply.

Availability: For major projects, we are booking 2-3 weeks out right now. For smaller projects, we can generally fit you in within 1-3 days.

For in person service work, we accept: Cash, cheque, e-Transfer, debit, visa, and mastercard.

For our online store, we accept cash when a product can be delivered or picked up, or if paying via our online “eStore”, we accept visa, mastercard, and other payment methods as outlined by our online payment service provider. A full list of options are displayed at the checkout as you go through the payment process.
